I'm glad I paid a little extra to have Best Buy squad install my washer and dryer! They did not only deliver the washer and dryer, but they also installed them. They were super fast, nice, friendly, and very clean. As soon as they finished they took the old dryer, and the trash as well. It would have taken me way longer to install the washer and dryer!

The washer was installed fine and worked well. My only complaint is that they told me I did not need the fill hoses I had purchased as my old ones were better. However, they did not leave me the hoses that I purchased. Be careful that if you purchase hoses they are installed or left with you.

We purchased a new Samsung washing machine and arranged for the installation on the day of delivery. The two gentlemen were professional and very skilled. Our laundry room is on the second floor. Both men handled carrying the machine upstairs, and never marked a wall or even came close to our wall art. We are always on raw nerves when we have a delivery of any sort. Our install was performed quickly and efficiently. The old machine was seemlessly removed from our house. One gentleman even showed us how to safely operate the new washing machine. What a fabulous experience. Best Buy, never let these workers go! They enhance your name brand.

The gentlemen that came to deliver and set up my new LG washer were both kind and professional. They made the entire process as quick and easy as possible as even cleaned up after themselves before wishing me a good rest of my day. 5/5 Would definitely recommend!!

The delivery guys put in my washer and dryer installed in less than 20 minutes. These guys were cautious, efficient, excellent. It’s overpriced to get installation but to get the connections done right it’s worth it in the long run. They are knowledgeable about what their doing and they were at my house for less than 20 minutes total. Perfect!

Easy and efficient install team. The guys did it when I was out of the house, or I would have caught this before they left. The next day when I went to use my dryer, I realized that they installers did not position it correctly in the closet area, and I was unable to open the dispenser drawer. No problem, they came back the next day and fixed the problem.

The first washer installed was not the one I ordered. The installers, Joe and Connor were VERY courteous and helpful in resolving the issue, telling us how to go about exchanging it for the on we ordered, and assuring us we could use the one they'd just installed until the right one was delivered. The second washer was delivered in as week, and again, the installer was efficient and very courteous about removing the first and installing the replacement. He gave very clear preliminary instructions as to how to use the machine.

This is the installation service for my washer. I was really surprised that this crew was much nicer and took their time unlike the previous crew 10 years ago when I last purchased my washer and dryer from Best Buy. I am happy that I got a nice crew of 3. They gave me time to clean up the floor area where the old washer and dryer set. When the installation was completed, one of the guys gave me a quick tutorial, which was so helpful. When I tipped them, they were so appreciative. I tipped each one of them separately, but the driver gave all the tip to the guy sitting in the back. I guess they split the tip at the end of the day. Regardless, I am very appreciative to be able to hire them to help me install my washer and dryer.
