i had recently returned a washer that i had ordered in the past and was delivered by a different team and were really kind and very polite on asking what to do, would recommend

This was the 3rd attempt and thankfully completed. The installation and delivery teams that previously came were not thorough in their explanations and caused the 3 attempts. I would have liked these set up as stackable units, but the team today was in a hurry and said I would have to get someone else to do it. Tracked quite a bit of dirt into the house and hallways

The guys that delivered and installed the washing machine were very good. They took care of the doors and flooring. The installation was as done correctly the first time with no issues.

We got this so they could stack the washer and drier in our laundry room. The installers brought the wrong stacking kit (to be fair, the web site had the wrong one in the "Suggestions" section and I bought it the one suggested). They brought in the washer and drier and set the washer in place but were unable to stack them without the correct kit. I went to the store directly and returned the stacking kit and had to drive across town to get the only correct one available. The manager did refund me cost of the delivery and discounted the stacking kit for me once I explained the situation. I then hade to get a couple of my son's friends over to help me stack the drier on top of the washer. The process wasn't that difficult, just awkward in the tight space. I have used Best Buy for most of my product purchases due to their customer service. in this case, I can say while I was VERY frustrated with the web site not suggesting the correct stacking kit, the manager in the store made up for it and I am satisfied with the outcome. I would still recommend the service to others since I have only had this one bad experience!

Washer is very quiet and easy to use. The cycles are long though. The quickest cycle is 45 minutes and to wash sheets was 75 minutes.

Leaving the installation to the pros was the best choice! Great team and quick install process. Hauled away our old appliances.
