The delivery men showed up on time and installed my washer and dryer in less than 20 minutes. The installation guy even gave me a quick walkthrough for the appliances.

The installers arrived on time & were very good at installing the washer & dryer. They also cleaned up everything & showed me what needed to be done for the first 'run'.

They were there when we ask him to be. They installed it very quickly and efficiently. I believe that this was one of the best installations that I’ve had from the company.

I mean the installation was fine, but they were hours late. It was like 9pm by the time they finally were knocking on my door.

Best Buy Washer installation was Good but definitely not Great for the team that was sent to my house--thank god they did not hurt themselves bringing in this washer--thru the stairs down to my basement the guy on top almost had his head taken off on the low overhang--so seems like a lack of experience there--the LG washer I bought was quite heavy even for 2 people using carrying straps

Very Happy with the washer so far. Purchased this washer to replace a similar one I purchased 6 years ago.

Our drivers/installers were great! They waited patiently while the landlord and I removed part of the door trim as the unit would not quite fit in the room where we were installing it. They did not want us to damage the door or the new units and I appreciated that. I highly recommend them. They also were very careful about removing the old unit and somehow they had NO trouble getting my old stackable out in one piece when it took me and three guys to bring it up the stairs when we moved in...and we had to take it apart to get it in!!! These two guys were great! This review is the same for the washer and dryer that I purchased.

The title says it all. They arrived on time (kept in communication), unloaded the truck and go the appliances installed professionally and quick. I would use them again!

The guys who delivered our machines were professional, quick and really nice. They answered questions and made sure the machines operated properly before leaving. Super service!
