Great washer that is easy to use. The washer has worked out well for us this far. The delivery and setup was excellent. The delivery men were knowledgeable and very helpful.

They delivered on time and had good communication. Two guys brought it in and hooked it up. Ran a test cycle and answered any questions I had. Nothing to complain about at all.

The BestBuy's installation team did really great job setting up my washer. They put the appliance at the best place and arranged hem for the most convenient use. They even spent additional time with me to rearrange the washer and dryer such that the doors open to opposite sides. The washer is working great with no issues. Thanks, guys!

Delivery went as expected. Guys were good. I preferred when bestbuy did not use third party installers.

This is for a stacking LG washer dryer installed in a relatively tight closet. The initial Best Buy installation crew told us that the drain pan that was installed in the closet was too small. Probably correct, though I can't be sure, frankly. We got a new, larger pan. The second crew came and refused to install the washer and dryer, insisting that he closet was not deep enough to have enough clearance for the vent behind the dryer. We canceled the order. The third crew came to pick them up; they looked at them and said: of course there's enough clearance for the dryer vent, especially if a more flexible vent was used than the one that was sold to me. They had such a flexible vent in the truck. They asked if I would like to keep them, and they would install them. I said sure. They did so, very well, and the washer/dryer have been working very well. The third crew said that the crew before them "were just lazy; they just didn't want to install these stacking units in a tight closet, because that's difficult to do. Third crew would have gotten 5 starts. Second crew gets zero stars. Not sure about the first crew.

After a really bad experience with Geek Squad last year, I was expecting a long wait and hassle. Not this time! Not only was the delivery on time, the men were efficient and thorough.

The installers were careful and made sure there was no damage to the appliances or the doorways when bringing the washer and dryer into the house. The set-up was very well done.
