They call before arriving, and when they come they do everything very well

they came in when i was told i like the time they said they would be and the called 1 hour before

We appreciate how careful the first crew was who carefully removed the old washer and dryer and who installed the new set and tested it and made sure we knew how to use them.

Water supply lines were dripping at the connections. Discharge hose was a poorly done connection of 2 different hoses that were hose clamped together at both soft ends, and the clamp at the washer was halfway off the NPT fitting. The washer was also left unleveled. Awful that i paid $65 for this disservice that i had to immediately fix. Also, i already had stainless lines, yet best buy charged me for new, and the old lines were not left, so i have no idea if they used mine or the new ones.

The delivery guys did a good job considering how much it weighed. The marked the walls up a little bit but that's to be expected getting it into the house and down to the basement. They did not level it. I ended up doin that myself. I should have called and asked for a refund on the washer and dryer with the fixes I had to do myself. They more or less dropped them off, quickly we them up, and took off

The washer install went wonderfully and everyone loves it

They were right on time very neat wore masks gloves and booties were efficient polite highly recommend

Installers where quick in and out. Didn’t realize they where done that fast.

I mean the installation was fine, but they were hours late. It was like 9pm by the time they finally were knocking on my door.

Installers were professional. Kept their mask on at all times. Knew the product and explain how to use it. Clean up after themselves

Installer came after hours because of a mix up at the store. He did an excellent job and informed us of everything about the washer and if we had any problems what to do. Even though the new one wasn’t as fancy or as quiet as our old one it has nothing to do with the excellent service we received.
