Installer came after hours because of a mix up at the store. He did an excellent job and informed us of everything about the washer and if we had any problems what to do. Even though the new one wasn’t as fancy or as quiet as our old one it has nothing to do with the excellent service we received.

Installation was quick and I didn't have to make any recommendations to the professionals. I minus 1 star because he asked if I had zip ties and he also didn't turn on my water faucets so it took me a minute to realize why the washer wasn't getting any water.

Best Buy Washer installation was Good but definitely not Great for the team that was sent to my house--thank god they did not hurt themselves bringing in this washer--thru the stairs down to my basement the guy on top almost had his head taken off on the low overhang--so seems like a lack of experience there--the LG washer I bought was quite heavy even for 2 people using carrying straps
