Good But Not Perfect

So far, all excellent. However, the drain hose was extended close to the bottom of the wash basin. I questioned this out of concern that water could siphon back into the machine, but the installer said it was not a problem. Later, reading the manual, I saw a specific warning about this, so I reconfigured the hose. Everything is fine now.

Samsung Washing Machine Installation

Excellent Customer Service

Had a little trouble with the hoses on the washing machine, but got that straight rather quickly. Dryer install was quick and easy, as expected. Satisfied!
