One Issue After Another

Whe the washer was installed, the installer broke the pedestal, so the washer vibrated because it was not securely stable on the pedestal. A new pedestal was ordered and on delivery they broke the pedestal to my old dryer and did NOTturn on the water so that it was flowing again. I had to crawl on top of my washer and reach behind to turn on the facets, which was dificult due to how close they pushed the washer up to the facet almost completely blocking it. Just a nightmare and inconvenience. Although, the washer is fabulous and with many great features.

Quick and professional

There was a separate appointment for the installation this was the part where the scheduling system is quite incovenient due lack of earlier availabilty.

It would have been helpful to know that at the time I purchased the product. I made another appointment for the Installation. Cancelling that appointment was a nightmare!
