These guys were good - quick, efficient, polite, knowledgeable, careful. We've purchased appliances from Best Buy previously, and as I recall those installers were also top notch.

Had installation done twice as first one needed to be replaced. First crew didn’t know a critical step has to be followed and could have caused damage to the machine. Thank God my wife read the manual quick and told them. Second time around the crew knew and had even prepared the machine in their truck. Best Buy customer service was the best to assist me in getting the item replaced. They stand by what they sell!

Quick and easy installation. Guys made sure to test that the washer worked correctly and even showed me how to use it.

Our experience with this LG washer has been mixed; our experience with Best Buy support has been excellent. This is the 3rd washer we have gotten - the first was brand new and would not drain; the second washed clothes well but the touch screen was intermittent in working and was eventually determined by the technician to be irreparable. The third washer is working great both in washing cycles and the touch electronics. Again, great support from Best Buy and Geek Squad.
