The install was fantastic! The crew came in, got the washer installed with no issue, and was out. They were very polite, cordial, and I enjoyed having them in my home. 10/10, would absolutely have them back.

Fantastic job by Prnce. everything was installed and cleanup completed. this man completed a job that i considered to be a 2 man job, and he did what i consider an impressive amount of time. i am very impressed by Prince, and will request him if i need a large job like this again.

Didnt have to worry about anything! Shoutout to the guys that had decided to lift up both washer and dryer over a 2 foot fence.

To summarize, once they brought in the new washer, they set to work getting it installed. Once I checked on how it was installed, both with them pointing it out and after they left, everything was installed exactly as it needed to be. They even used the old boards in the basement I was using to try and level the old washer. Couldn't be happier with their service.

Installers were excellent and friendly. They had our old unit out and our new washer installed in a very short time and explained how to operate it and the small clean out door and how often to clean it.

Installing your washer is not as simple as one might think. Let the professional do it for you will make your life a lot easier. The washer is very heavy on its own. Carrying it into your house can be a piece of work not including installing it properly.

Ever feeling lazy and have the extra funds to pay for installation? They were pretty good and quick (I did not have to adjust anything).

Installers on larger appliances work for a vendor that Best Buy contracts with but they did everything right. 1. They called a few minutes before arrival 2. They were careful to not damage or scratch anything 3. Installation was done very quickly 4. They started both machines to verify everything worked 5. They cleaned up behind themselves

i liked the capacity of the washing machine it has the capacity to wash large loads of clothes. My experience using it has been great.clothes wash,rinse and spin well.

We got these almost a year ago and still loving this washer and dryer! They are fairly quiet and working great. We love all the different setting and using the app for different cycles
