The new washer and dryer works great really happy with the product. this rating is about the service. i wanted the guys to change the washer tray, but best buy didnt do it. its a state law that all washers in md have a washer tray i guess unless if its in the basement. but if the washer is on the main level or on the 2nd leve it needs a washer tray. now with these new washers thats have the pedestals. you cant open the drawer due to the washer tray. now there are these new low profile tray where you can try to open the drawer. you spend 200 bucks for those pedestals and cant even open them. its a joke. best buy said they dont do that. best buy need to look at the state law of maryland to fix this issue.

Best Buy installation crew in Chicago metro were timely (early), pleasant, careful, skilled and quick. No qualms with delivering a new washer down the long walk from street up steps into a 1930 house, down a narrow staircase to a dank basement and haul away of the old appliance. Terrific and highly recommended.

They had actually showed up earlier than the timeslot so a tiny hiccup there cause it wasn’t ready, but once they came back, it was very in and out efficient

Installation was quick fast and easy. The installers did everything with no hiccups.

The install was fantastic! The crew came in, got the washer installed with no issue, and was out. They were very polite, cordial, and I enjoyed having them in my home. 10/10, would absolutely have them back.

Installers were excellent and friendly. They had our old unit out and our new washer installed in a very short time and explained how to operate it and the small clean out door and how often to clean it.

The washer works great and can handle large loads. Is quiet and has tons of washing options
