The installation crew did a terrific job. I can not say enough good things about this crew and the job they did.

The delivery was wrought with problems. Whe the washer was installed, the installer broke the pedestal, so the washer vibrated because it was not securely stable on the pedestal. A new pedestal was ordered and on delivery they broke the pedestal to my old dryer and did NOTturn on the water so that it was flowing again. I had to crawl on top of my washer and reach behind to turn on the facets, which was dificult due to how close they pushed the washer up to the facet almost completely blocking it. Just a nightmare and inconvenience. Although, the washer is fabulous and with many great features.

The two gentlemen that came were very friendly and helpful and encouraging in installing my washing machine and removing the old one. They did a great review of my washing machine’s features and how to operate it before they left. I’m so appreciative of all that they did. Thank you The washing machine is working well and I’m amazed at how well it spins the clothes. They feel practically dry when I remove them. I’m so glad I didn’t get the agitator too. No more straps wrapping around it. I love the glass top too

Great washer. Able to wash large loads and they actually get clean. Also can wash all blankets and comforters in the comfort of my own home. Great buy
