The guys were extremely nice and moved quickly to get in and out of our home. All trash was taken with them. However, they did not give any instruction on how to operate the washer or dryer and as part of set up we had to balance both items. IMO this should have been part of the initial set up.

Delivery guys whom installed washer were great but the salesman was not very knowledgeable. Had we known the washer only plugged into the dryer we would have not bought it.

William was our instillation technician. Not only was he very professional but was a pleasure to deal with as well. They relocated the old washer for me and when they brought in the new washer he made sure the slide pads were put underneath the new one. He made sure the new washer was up and running. As well as giving me his direct phone number should I have any questions or problems. I highly recommend!

Had my washer installed right after my dryer installation. Same guys from the Geek Squad did the installation on both, they were professional and efficient.

Machines work well Just need to get used to the differences in operation from our old machines

Washer was installation was professional. Hoses neatly attached, washer leveled, and test wash performed. Very happy with the installation.

Installers were prompt, installed the appliances quickly and reviewed basic instructions. Washer was not leveled properly the first time. HD to come back again.

When they first delivered the washer, they couldn't install it because one of the water valves was leaking. After fixing that, they came back and installed in minutes.

installation without a problem except they charged me for new hoses on the receipt but they used the existing hoses for install.. i personally do not care that they used the old hoses but feel like the $ 29.99 i was charged for the hoses should have been refunded to me since they did not use them nor did they leave them with me so that i could return them

Love this washer!! Washes my clothes in such a fast time and leaves them clean and without any pet hairs! Works wonderful would definitely recommend!!
