They did a great job installing it. On time called ahead of time took away my old washer great deal.

I have a washer like this at our second house. I have been so happy with it that when I needed to purchase a new washer for this home I got another one.

Once the washer got there, they got it in and installed quick and easy and didn't destroy anything and it works.

people were nice, but as usual, there's always something new that you need to "buy" when they come or your washer will not be able to be installed. and these adds on are not cheap. other than that, they were pro and very efficient

Conflicted here. I'd give install a 1. Best Buy intervened, and I'd give that a 5. Averages to a 3. [I also understand that on my install, they had to "3rd party" it. That 3rd party was being changed out, and I got one of the last installs with the old company...] How'd install go? Well, it was by far the worst appliance install I've ever had. They were over 2 hours late. They didn't even turn the machine on to make sure it worked (after they scratched it getting it into the house). They had crossed the hot and cold hoses. And, they didn't attach the drain hose to the utility sink (though they DID attach it to the washing machine). Luckily, washing machines are easy to install. So, I could correct everything except the scratch (but, if you're going to have a scratched appliance, is there a better one to get scratched than a washer/dryer?!). After getting the install right, I just had to read the manual to understand operation. Fairly easy, but I HAD expected the install to go more smoothly than that! Best Buy tracked down the late crew by getting their dispatcher on the line. Once they heard how the install went, they were very conciliatory in their approach to fixing the situation. I felt valued and satisfied at the end of the process. In fact, Best Buy's interaction with me on this frustrating event has solidified my willingness to buy appliances from them going forward!

The guys who delivered and completed the installation were wonderful. They did what I needed instead of what the given directions.

Installers were prompt, installed the appliances quickly and reviewed basic instructions. Washer was not leveled properly the first time. HD to come back again.
