This product was installed in November 2024. The installers were very professional. To date, the product has performed very well, and my wife and I are pleased with the purchase. We highly recommend Best Buy Installation.

The individual who installed the washer did an excellent job. She was a great communicator and everything went very smoothly.

The crew of two was wonderful and very trustworthy. They even had to drain the washing machine being replaced but had no problem accomplishing this for me. Also, they gave me lots of info about my new washer.

They arrived on time. It was raining at delivery time and the two men were very careful to wipe their feet before entering our house. They quickly removed the old machine and promptly installed the new one. They took off all wrapping materials, tested the machine, gave us a quick tutorial and then left with the old machine and packing materials. Best Buy should be very proud of these two employees.

When we had our LG sidekick installed, the first crew came in to install the unit. Since we live in California and we've had a severe drought, we have a grey water system that collects all of our water from our washer and stores it in a tank that we can use to water our gardens and plants. I told the guy to "just install the unit and put the drain hose in the sink next to the machine. I will have my plumber come and install the drain hose to the grey water system later. When I came back to check on them...the installed the sidekick, but did not attach any of the hoses, or test the unit and they left the old pedestal in the middle of my kitchen! I was very upset. Went back to Best Buy and my salesperson was also upset. Told me not to worry and she would take care of it. Later that day I got a call from the Corporate Office and they apologized for the problem, said they would have a different crew come out tomorrow and said to call them back to make sure I was satisfied with the installation. The next day the second crew arrived on-time, did the installation the way I had requested it the first time and was very apologetic. I told them not to apologize for someone else's bad work and thanked them again. I call the Corporate office back that afternoon and they thank me for being patient and for my trouble they were sending me a $75 gift card in the mail which I got last week. Best Buy truly is top notch on Customer service.

Installation was great. Large capacity washer. After some initial noise during the spin cycle, it seems to be running very well.

Washer is very quiet and tub is nice and large. Does not have agiator which is great and no tangling of clothes. Dryer has a lots of panel choices for each load

Washer & dryer were delivered& installed. They even swept the area , & placed new units there. Explained all features& operation. Hauled of box& old units. Friendly crew. They were not in a rush.

The gentlemen were great and respectful. They asked how I wanted the appliances placed and cleaned up after the installation and provided answers to some questions I had. They did a great job and were efficient with their time.

Okay, we are installing a new LG front loading washer to a pedestal. You have to first haul away the old one then bring in the new one. Attach it to the hot and cold water lines and we are done. This is not brain surgery or rocket science. So why all the hoopla? These guys were terrific. They were extremely pleasant, courteous and professional. My old Samsung washer was installed 7 years apparently with the water lines reversed! This was corrected. The leaks at the faucet were repaired. Now my new washer is correctly installed. If you get your washer from the Reynoldsburg Ohio Best Buy you are lucky. I cannot vouch for any other Best Buy installers.

They guy install my Washer a tested it in 30 minutes. It was amazing. He knew exactly what he was doing. It was install around 9am. I had clean clothes by 12noon.

If I could give the guys who came to our house 6 stars I would. So efficient, helpful and professional. Very good service. My window was 7am to 7pm. They called at 7 and were done long before 8.
