The tach came out quick and was knowledgeable on the problems, setup a follow up appointment for when the parts came in and fixed everything quick and efficient

This is a great service. The best. I said wow look at this installation and how it everything works like bing, bing, ping. Some say I’m a great installment, maybe even the best, but my wife came up to me with tears coming out of her eyes, and she said, “Thank you sir for buying this.” The service went amazingly and bigly, and there are no dead or eaten animals around.

Fantastic service that I highly recommend! Professional delivery and full installation by knowledgeable professionals. Very friendly and very thorough in explaining everything. I felt extremely secure knowing that the new machine was installed properly and appreciated the overview of features and use. Great communication via text and ohone call leading up to installation which I appreciated. Also, removed my old machines at time of install, making this a smooth and successful process.

The Best Buy team did a phenomenal job with delivering and installation and even a bit of help me figure out how to use this stuff when I moved in to my property at the end of last year. Can’t say enough about the team.

Excellent delivery of our new refrigerator and removal of our old one. Technicians arrived on time, did what they were there to do very quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up well.

They were at our home within 30 minutes from us receiving the call that they were on their way. You could tell that they've been doing this a long time as they knew what they were doing. They were fast, answered all my questions, and even went over how to use the products. I was quite pleased.

I felt bad for the contracted installers. They had already had more deliveries than they should have, and were being made to go back to two locations at which the people hadn't been there at the scheduled time. But they got the washer off the truck, installed all the connections on the washer before taking it inside, and then moved the washer in without issue. After removing the old washer they discovered that one of the water supplies was very badly corroded and wisely advised to have a plumber come out to handle that. Our plumber did come and quickly confirmed that they had made the right choice. Yes. Our washer didn't get installed that day. But that was the right call by the guys.

Got a call from the Geek Squad to let me know how far they were from my home (which you could monitor their movement). They came in and installed quickly and correctly with no issue. They went over the service agreement and if I wasn't satisfied within the 1st 30 days, I could contact the company and return without hassle. I signed off and all was set. Very much so appreciated.

efficient and timely. My old washer had tripped the circuit breaker (unbeknownst to me) and so washer didn't work at first. Installer kept saying I needed to call an electrician until I thought to check my breakers... installer maybe should have thought of this possibility.

Staff did an absolute phenomenal job on removing my old washer and installing my new one. They were also knowledgeable and able to demonstrate to my husband some of the features. They are also the real MVP, as my old washer stopped working and the door was locked so we couldn't open it to release the water. One of them accidentally caught their shorts on the door and it magically decided to unlock and open. It was bad! But they held their composure, went above and beyond, and still installed my new washer.

Great installers who did the fantastic job. No damage to walls or doorways getting large appliances in.

Best Buy installers were quick and efficient with installation of washing machine.

I had to install the first install was not done properly I was very pleased with The second install they stayed to make sure the washer worked and worked properly

I have used the washer and dryer about 7 times since installed and both units have done a good job. Installers did a great job installing the products. They were not helpful in-regards to connecting to the app/internet, I had to show them how to connect. One of the installers did not care and the other was supersized how easy it was to perform connection to the app/internet.
