||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am happy with the installation, however I was inconvenience by having to make an necessary trip to the house to get the serial number to forward to the installer that forgot to write it down. Maybe an appeasement is in order for a gift card of 75.00 for my time and gas and inconvenience. I take care of my elderly disabled parents in San Francisco and had to drive all the way out to Walnut Creek to get the serial number and forward it to the installer so he could submit his paper work to his direct supervisor. Thank you for your appeasement in advance.

LG Washer Delivery & Installation

A timely arrival and immediate assessment of the physical location. The old washer was removed and the new LG washer installed without issue. They provided an operational tutorial that saved a significant amount of computer time searching through the on-line manual. Very professional. We were extremely happy with the delivery and installation.
