Not the best experience.

I believe they were contractors. They left behind three of their tools (which we had to wait around for them to come back and retrieve). The washer wasn't level and ended up needing a Geek Squad service call the following week because the drum was misaligned/warped. The door barely closes and when it spins it walks and shakes. Don't know if it came that way from the factory or if they dropped in loading on/off the truck. They couldn't connect the water hose to the dryer so my husband ended up having to do that himself. Best Buy will be replacing the washer once shelter-in-place is lifted.
