The team that installed our new washer did a great job. They were very careful not to bump into anything. They ran it through a test cycle to make sure that everything was working correctly and make sure there were no leaks with any of the hook-ups. Then they walked us through all of the features and explained how to use the unit completely. They answered all of our questions. They were very polite, courteous, and professional throughout the whole process and we are very pleased with their service.

The boys showed up on time. They called before hand as promised, brought the appliance in, installed it and explained how it worked with courtesy and patience.

I am typically not the guy who would spend money on having someone remove or install an appliance. As it turns out, we found ourselves in a pinch when our appliance failed as I was preparing for an international trip. I would not be there for the installation, and I know my Wife could not remove and install these appliances. She has told me that the installation team was quick, and incredibly respectful of our home. She said they removed everything, cleaned up the area prior to and after installation. They explained the features of the appliance in detail. What more could you ask for,

The installation team sent to my house was very professional. They wore booties to protect my carpet and the washer was installed correctly the first time.

Professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. They moved our dryer as well so that it was more convenient to move clothes from washer to dryer.
