Your professional installation team was awesome, very friendly, very neat, fast, and went above and beyond my expectations.

While the delivery gentlemen were pleasant, they were a bit out of their element. I believe they were contractors. They left behind three of their tools (which we had to wait around for them to come back and retrieve). The washer wasn't level and ended up needing a Geek Squad service call the following week because the drum was misaligned/warped. The door barely closes and when it spins it walks and shakes. Don't know if it came that way from the factory or if they dropped in loading on/off the truck. They couldn't connect the water hose to the dryer so my husband ended up having to do that himself. Best Buy will be replacing the washer once shelter-in-place is lifted.

Great service all around. Helpful and gave advice for any problems in the future.

Install went fine, but I noticed they didn't balance my machine before they left.

The delivery installation men were extremely polite and professional. My only complaint is that on the sales slip it was written in two spots to please give me 1/2 hour before arrival as I was not living in the house at the time, and that did not happen, they only gave me 15 minutes. I had to beg them not to leave, which they said no worries, we're just pulling up at the house now we still have to unload and unpack the units. That stressed me out because I told the person that called me with my estimated time that I needed 1/2 hour to get to the house. Thank goodness it all ended well.

Delivery and istallation were prompt and very professional. Did all the work i didnt want to do! No issues with the product since and everything works great.

All I can say is I will never use nothing but the Geek Squad again if pissible.
