Washing Machine Install

The biggest issue was that it wasn't delivered on the day it was scheduled for and i wasn't contacted. Wasted an entire day waiting for an install that never happened. Took several calls to get the delivery straightened out and rescheduled. Was still getting messages to reschedule several days after the machine had been installed.

Fast and efficient

Completed their task within minutes and listen to my concerns. Very nice individuals. It’s always a pleasure working with delivery and in-store employees. My difficulty lies with 800 customer service numbers. It’s very frustrating but customer service in store and delivery makes up for it.

They were suppost to come between 8 and 12. They were at my place by 7:30. I love this because I didnt have to wait around all day. They called 15 minutes prior as well. They were quick at uninstalling my prvious unit and installing the new unit. I love that they take the old unit so I don't have to try and figure out how to dispose of it. They didn't scrach or damage anything. They checked the line to make sure the job was done correctly than ran the washer. I was very impressed and happy with the job.

Came a day late

When I called, I found out that the installers apparently were in a car accident. At first they suggested that I wait another 4 days, but I wasn't having that. They did show up the next day, and the installers that came were very fast, efficient and nice. Happy ending.
