Before making my purchase with best buy I had purchased items at Sears. Their delivery was such a joke, they didn't show up on time, didn't communicate and lied about the delivery. It was so bad that I returned my items (because of the delivery) and came to best buy (where I should have started in the 1st place). My purchase was painless and I was able to chose my delivery date AND time. The deliver team called before showing up, and showed up right on time! They were quick and cleaned up in no time. They hooked everything up and were on their way. Pleasant experience.

To start with i had no problems at all with the team that brought and installed by mechine. They were suppost to come between 8 and 12. They were at my place by 7:30. I love this because I didnt have to wait around all day. They called 15 minutes prior as well. They were quick at uninstalling my prvious unit and installing the new unit. I love that they take the old unit so I don't have to try and figure out how to dispose of it. They didn't scrach or damage anything. They checked the line to make sure the job was done correctly than ran the washer. I was very impressed and happy with the job.

These guys did an excellent job installing our new Maytag washer!
