Washer Installation

The technician installed, test ran, but water just flushed outside all over the floor creating huge mess in the room. He said washer is damaged and asked me to call Best Buy Tech team to replace it. Later the BestBuy customer service informed that the process it wrong. I had to wait 24 hours again to get the product replaced. This time the technician was different. He said that the previous washer was actually good, but the hose was not connected to the sewer, so water just logged onto the floor. That caused a week delay in using the product. Not giving 1 star, just that the next technician was good. Recommending just that you should get lucky with better technician.
