Fast and professional!

Forgot to turn on water

A call to Maytag and they asked me to check to be sure the water was on. It wasn’t. I got behind the washer and turned on the water. It works great now. Really good washing machine .

Depends on who you get as delivery men

Very polite and courteous. However, delivery people who delivered first washer were rude and in a rush and didn't even wait around to see if washer was working properly- they left without giving us paperwork and didn't say they were leaving. They disconnected old washer and had water all over the floor because they dropped hoses on floor instead of placing in wash tub to train. If I ever I see them again- I would refuse delivery. Don't know names since they didn't leave paperwork.

LG Washer Install

The washer was installed as instructed and connected with the dryer for steam cycle option of the dryer. Overall very good job of installing the washer. Connected to the faucets as needed and drain hose placed. Demonstrated how to drain the inside of the washer and how often to clean.

Installation was good but..

The new washing machine after unpacking and moving to the house was kept on the lawn in the grass and soil. The technician who was connecting the machine was disrespectful in his dressing. His pants were down and showing his underpants half way. This was very disrespectful.
