Why would you ever want to take it home and have to carried in the house and install it yourself these guys do a great job for a fair price.

It will cost over $400 to repair. Best Buy's install was great. I guess Magtag's products are not as reliable as they used to be.

Excellent product poor service

However the installation process was horrendous. Our laundry room is on the second floor and as a result it took four different appointments before they installed product. I was given every excuse in the book.
