Washer was installed successfully without any noticeable issues.

They were in and out in very little time and everything I needed to have done they did.

The guys that did the installation of my washer were courteous and knew what they were doing. They unpacked the washer and placed it in the designated place. It is a tight place in a pass-through between the garage and the kitchen of the house. This replacement unit is larger than the older washer. But they made the connections, tested the unit to ensure that it worked properly. They also gave me a quick tutorial on the operation of the unit.

The delivery drivers attempted to install my washer but wasn’t very knowledgeable on how to completely do the install. It was stated I would have to call a plumber to fix my valves because they were not able to stop the water flow ,which was minimal. Already this was a second attempt delivery/install as because the first time they gave me a time slot the night before work that was 12 hours then 4 hours only to arrive and not allow me time to come from work they left and I had to reschedule and call off from work an entire day dues to uncertainty of time. I approach my landlord about the plumbing suggestions and they sent maintenance to observe. Turned out to be that the main water is connected to the water heater and that will in turn shut ALL water off. Since they left the washer machine in my living room to satisfy delivery, I was offered by maintenance to complete the install. It was complete within 15. minutes. I would recommend more experienced runners. Overall the product is working just fine no complaints. Thanks maintenance

I called and talked with an associate at the store 2 days before hook up and questioned how long the gas dryer hose was. they got me some body that was supposedly knowledgeable cause I needed at least a 5 ft line only to have the crew to come with a 4ft line and $168.00 later (after I called plumber to extend my gas line) we had our dryer hooked up. BE SURE OF HOW MUCH DISTANCE YOU NEED FOR HOOK UP SO YOU CAN BE PREPARED!

The washer arrived in perfect condition and the installation was quick. The delivery guys were very careful when bringing the washer thru the house.
