You're better off paying a third party of your own to pick up appliances and have them actually installed. Ordered LG washer and dryer. The delivery guys were obviously in a hurry. Dropped off my appliances, told me that I didn't need the new hoses and for me to return them to Best Buy. Washer was not installed as they informed me that they could not remove the old hose. They recommended that I call a plumber and suggested that I give them all stars on the delivery review. I'm a female and managed to get one of the hoses off. Geek squad called and wasn't much help. I'll be escalating this up as far as I can go. If no resolve, I will be returning the appliances and going elsewhere.

The crew called 30 minutes before arriving and were in the house for less than an hour. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

As far as washers go This LG is the best I've owned

Not fair to rate the people that deliver and rate the installation, but they just dropped it off, and I had to install it due to not having new hoses to attach to the washer. Course, I wasn't told that I need new hoses before the washer can be installed by the people!
