Installers Need Training

As a result the unit could not be placed flat against the back wall of my laundry alcove. The installer also hooked up the hot hose to the cold faucet and cold hose to the hot faucet. The installer did not level the unit properly and now it vibrates like crazy. They also did not leave the packing bolts with me.

Installer didn't have flashlight, had to come back

First time, they arrived late in the delivery window and it was after dark; the alleyway access to the back door (where the laundry room is) was not lit and installer decided against installing that evening because pathway was too dark. Rescheduled for morning delivery several days later (no charge to reschedule) and install was completed successfully.
