I appreciate the professionalism and skill of the gentlemen that installed my washer. It was done quickly and correctly.

My entire purchase and delivery process was absolutely outstanding. My sales person, “Igball” - at your Fair Lakes location - was the epitome of professionalism, knowledgeable, kindness, courteous and assisted me in making the best decision for me. Also, the delivery personnel (William and Luis) were nothing short of amazing. Not only did they display the same qualities as Igball — they were on-time, efficient, careful, respectful, friendly and well equipped for the job. This was one of the best service experiences I have had in a very long time. Thank you for all you do to ensure the quality of your brand.

Extremely straight forward job they came in and installed both the washer and dryer in under 10 minutes.

Wow! They came on time and worked well as a team. The washer was properly installed and it was no hassle at all for me. They came, delivered, installed and hauled off the packing material (and old washer) in about 11 minutes.

Bought unit as a set on sale and did BB install and haul away old ins. BB had units to 2nd floor Apt installed in 45 minutes include removal of old. Total package great deal!!!

The first delivery went fine, but we had to send the washing machine back right away as it was making weird loud noises. They (Best Buy) quickly ordered and replaced it with the current one which is quiet and works great. The crew who removed defective one and installed replacement unit were very friendly, fast and neat. Well done.

I was a little skeptical when purchasing a Samsung washer but after using it. It turned out to be a great purchase. It’s quiet and cleans clothes relatively well. I haven’t tried large items like a comforter but everything else seems fine. Have had any problems. Installation was well done. I had a small entry way for where the washer was going to be located but the installers were able to work around it with a little extra elbow grease.

The washer installation was fast and easy no issues they had all the equipment required for installing the washer and did it in under half an hour

Olivia and Joe were outstanding in setting up my very first brand new washing machine. They were awesome getting it down the basement stairs. Am amazed at their strength! The washer itself is quiet and very efficient. Love it!

The washer install was great, the people were very friendly. The washer itself is wonderful and so quiet.

I felt bad for the contracted installers. They had already had more deliveries than they should have, and were being made to go back to two locations at which the people hadn't been there at the scheduled time. But they got the washer off the truck, installed all the connections on the washer before taking it inside, and then moved the washer in without issue. After removing the old washer they discovered that one of the water supplies was very badly corroded and wisely advised to have a plumber come out to handle that. Our plumber did come and quickly confirmed that they had made the right choice. Yes. Our washer didn't get installed that day. But that was the right call by the guys.

Very quiet washer and dryer and works great. Very happy with my purchase. I had best buy stack it and the delivery team were terrific. They took away my old separate washer and dryer and set everything up. Super happy I used Best Buy.

Gentleman who installed my worship was very nice and very informative and I could tell I knew exactly what he was doing.
