Expert installation but poor housekeeping

The equipments are working fine. The only problem is that they left hand smudges on my walls and some left over material from the installation laying around the floor.

Installation a joke!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.You're better off paying a third party of your own to pick up appliances and have them actually installed. Ordered LG washer and dryer. The delivery guys were obviously in a hurry. Dropped off my appliances, told me that I didn't need the new hoses and for me to return them to Best Buy. Washer was not installed as they informed me that they could not remove the old hose. They recommended that I call a plumber and suggested that I give them all stars on the delivery review. I'm a female and managed to get one of the hoses off. Geek squad called and wasn't much help. I'll be escalating this up as far as I can go. If no resolve, I will be returning the appliances and going elsewhere.
