I only have one word for the Best Buy install crew "Perfect"

December install. Installer had to come twice. First time, they arrived late in the delivery window and it was after dark; the alleyway access to the back door (where the laundry room is) was not lit and installer decided against installing that evening because pathway was too dark. Rescheduled for morning delivery several days later (no charge to reschedule) and install was completed successfully.

They took it up to the second floor to install the washer and navigated the stairs and hallway to make it right.

I wish i could give zero stars. Install was terrible. Crew arrived at my home and seemed miserable. Maybe they were having a bad day, but not our fault. Before they left we asked if they tested the washer. They said yes, they always test and confirm its working correctly. I tipped them $20. After they left, I noticed that the washer wasn't even plugged in and later realized they reversed the hot and cold water. They lied my face when i asked it they tested it. Wish I had that $20 back. They also couldn't install the dryer because they said that they had the wring LP conversion kit. When they brought the old dryer back, they said they couldn't reconnect the vent because of a problem with the pan. The next day, i had a plumber come by to fix it. They said there was no problem and connected the vent. Took them less than 10 minutes. Now Best Buy wants to reschedule delivery of the dryer. There is no way I'm letting those guys back in my home. I tried calling Best Buy customer service a couple of times and even stopped by the store and nobody was any help. I will be cancelling the everything and happily go elsewhere. I'm done with Best Buy.

Was happy it only took a couple of days for my new washer to be delivered. They were quick and the hook up was easy. Thanks to the delivery people.

Delivery drivers were great very fast they got here early and took bad ones and delivered good ones

They where very polite and quick when it came to installing the washer and dryer.

Installers new what they were doing, even figured out how to install with a broken valve
