First crew not so good

The first wasn't good. I ended up having to call them back to level the washer. It still wasn't level after the second visit. I ended up having to return the washer as it was shaking and vibrating way too much. I found out from my contractor that the first crew did not install the items that I purchased and were required for the dryer installation. They put my old dryer vent hose on the new dryer completing ignoring the new parts that I purchased. Talk about lazy. When I got the new washer (same brand/model) the second crew obviously knew what they were doing and leveled the new washer and installed the correct parts on the dryer. I've had no problems since.

Quick and Efficient

They called as they left their last stop and gave estimated time of arrival that was within the window of the schedule appointment. They quickly disconnected the old unit and removed it then installed the new unit. They made sure the transport area was clear so as to not hit anything or scratch the floor. After testing the unit in my presence they asked if I had any questions. They removed all packing and wiped the unit off because it was raining outside as they brought the unit inside. Good Job!

Love the install guys, but. . .

I've been washing everything in hot water. I wondered why I kept running out of hot water and my electric bill was higher this month after installing energy star products... but hey, mistakes happen.
