Washing Machine Installation

Better than doing yourself

Installers were professional and efficient at doing the installation, even taking everything up a flight of stairs without damaging the walls. Unfortunately we did end up with a light scratch down the side of the washer, which was hidden when they put the units side by side.

Only issue: some water left in detergent bin

Geek squad couldn’t hook it up due to faucets needing replacement. I did have to have a plumber come out to replace them, & everything seems to be working fine; other than...there is some water left in detergent slot when cycle is done & drips into washer. Doesn’t seem like that should be happening.

Satisfied with time arrived and installation

Since we ordered a gray colored dryer, the white scuffs kind of stand out. We didnt return since we were in need of a new one right away. Other than that installation was fine and arrived earlier than anticipated.

However, one of them accidentally bumped the corner of a wall and put a dent in it. Their insurance is taking care of it…problem solved.
