The installation process was the fastest installation I’ve experienced! It was literally not even 20 mins and they had the washer up and running! They even hauled the old one away in that time frame! Awesome service!

I first have to say is,” WOW”. Excellent service! The guys were very professional, polite and went out of their way to make sure I was happy!!! After the guys left and cleaned up the washer started to leak. I called them they came back within 30min. They called it in and Best Buy had placed the order and I asked for the same guy’s back! They came back the following week professional and right on time! Took care of everything again and all has been Great!!!

The installer was quick and polite on the change out of the washer.

Installed but did not make washer and dryer level/even with each other. Dryer was up a couple inches. Came back and said they couldn't do anything and to go to Home Depot to get risers for the washer. Stopped in the store and manager said he would send installers back for the third time. Different men came who brought the feet of the dryer down so now even with washer. Also, original installers started the washer cycle with the owner's manual and other papers still in the tub so they were destroyed. But both appliances do work well.

Guys came out and installed our washer and steam lines on top of a pedestal washer. Sounds like a lot when I type it out! So we have the main washer on top of a pedestal washer and then also have the matching dryer that also requires water plumbing lines to supply steam to the dryer, so there’s a lot going on back there and they got it all tied in and running and haven’t had any leaks or problems at all.

After 6, yes SIX, previous attempts to get this installed, the team of brothers, Tyler and Jacoby from the Drive Lions team, were phenomenal. They got our washer/dryer and pedestals installed quickly and correctly after MANY other useless teams of workers were sent out by Best Buy's third-party installers XPO. I would NEVER recommend XPO based on the horrible, inexperienced, and lazy people they sent out but would highly recommend the specific team who finally did the job!

My old washing machine broke and repairs were going to cost as much as buying a new washing machine. As a member of Best Buy tech, the installation and taking away the old washing machine was included in the purchase price. The installers were professional and did the job quickly and correctly. They removed the old washer and installed the new washer and made sure it worked. They were polite, courteous and professional.

The first crew that delivered and attempted to install my washer was rude and condescending. When I requested the appliance be mounted on the pedestal I bought separately they declined but they said they will ask the dispatch people. I waited and waited for them to come back but they just left without saying a word. So I called BestBuy and complained and they promised to rectify the bad experience. A new install crew was arranged and they were most helpful and most of all very be polite. Kudos to the 2nd team for erasing any memories of the bad experience with the original install crew.

Washier is super quite and washes well so far. I have it just for a month. Loving it
