Geek Squad delivered my Whirlpool Washing Machine on time, reporting to me on time. These men delivered my washer, cleaned my floor with my cleaner and hooked it up with my own pre-installed hoses. He gave me the instruction book, warranty informational book and explanations of their usages. These men completed this and were gone in 20 minutes! I HAD ALL MY QUESTIONS ANSWERED and my laundry room was clean again. I would give them 10 stars if you had that many stars!

The gentlemen who came to install my washer were very polite. They were the ones who discovered that 2 washers and no dryer had been ordered. They were thoroughly professional, and had the installation done in just minutes!

Love my new washer!!!!!! Really enjoy all the options available for different soiled items. Installation was a breeze and took hardly any time at all! I highly recommend this washer!!!!!! The quick wash cycle is my favorite for washing slightly soiled items and getting them dried quickly. Everyone seems to find new items that need washing so they can have a turn using the new washer. After going seven weeks with no washer, my husband is saying “happy wife, happy life and spouse.”

The Geek Squad sent multiple alerts letting us know when the team was coming to our house. They arrived on time and were unloading the washer before I got to the curb. One of the team came in and had the old machine unhooked in minutes and the other had the new washer unpacked and was inside in 10 minutes to haul the old one out. It took just a few wto swap the sidekick pedestal and back inside the house again. Another 5 min or so the machine was installed and tested. Tota time was less than half an hour. Great teamwork.

Washer was installed quickly and properly. I especially appreciated the extra effort that was put in to not scratch our walls or damage wood floors even when moving the item up stairs.

The delivery crew was on time and even called when they were on their way. Installation was fast and efficient. They even put the washer through a test cycle to make sure that everything was working properly. Not one piece of cardboard or styrofoam was brought into my house. It all stayed outside and was removed.
