Took three appointments to get it installed

I had to call multiple numbers to get an actual installation scheduled despite being tomd it was done in store when i bought it. When washer was delivered, it was missing the the proper cabling, so i had to reschedule AGAIN. On the third scheduled installation everything was finally good to install. The installation teams were totally fine, but bad management of appointments / missing parts on best buys end.

Beomes unbalanced during spin cycle

Have rebalanced several times only to have it go bak to being unbalanced.

The delivery drivers had to bring my washer to the 3rd floor. I know it wasn't easy these guys stayed professional and got the work done without complaint.
