ok but not great

Problem - they made such a mishmash of the hose that the unit stuck way out further than it should have. We had a plumber come to fix a different issue and he fixed this so now the washer is where it should be. Recommending with reservations.

They did me right

When it was taken out for new one, damages to the hoses and hook up were discovered so the guys had to leave it and I had to hire a plumber to fix stuff. BUT as soon as plumber was done, they came back and installed washing machine. I was for sure I was going to be put at back of the line due to how many people were having to buy appliance, but they didn't do that to me.

Excellent delivery and install of Samsung Washer

The two delivery persons were polite and professional, taking the utmost care to not damage my home as they hauled out my old washer and brought in the new one. He checked with me before he removed my door from the hinges, as the old product would not fit through the door otherwise. He cleaned up finger prints at the end of the service call. Very happy with the Best Buy delivery and install. Very smooth.
