My Wife loves it: The Best Smartwatch Warranty

But the washer was recalled. Since I wanted my washer to match my dryer, I sent it back. What I would say is Samsung service wasn't that great but Best buy went above and beyond to make sure I was as happy and gladly replaced both my washer and dryer. I'd definitely recommend Best Buy but with the on going issues with Samsung products, I would consider going with another brand next time only from Best Buy...

LG delivery day

Two separate delivery teams on two separate occasions assured me the stacked washer & dryer would not fit in my space even though I had done all the measuring. Finally when it was brought inside it slid in with no problem at all!

Washer & pedestal installation

Best Buy Website should mention that new washer does not fit old pedestal. Bought the pedestal after the delivery installers said it doesn’t fit. Had to call customer service 3 times to get this right.
