The Best Buy installation team had the old machine out and the new installed in no time. They were extremely professional and even spent a few minutes showing us how to operate the machine.

Guys were there early, had the right tools and were out in about 30 minutes. Very professional.

Install team called ahead with delivery time. The arrived on time. Removing the old washer and installing/connecting the new one took maybe 15 minutes. Good and efficient install.

Best Buy did a great job hooking up my new washer. It is easy to use and works great. The best thing is how quiet it is.

Installation was quick, about 15 minutes. Seems to be done very professionally. All hoses were connected properly, washer was checked to be level and quick test run to see it's working properly.

We received our washer and dryer in a timely manner and the Geek Squad Techs were awesome with providing all the information needed for our products! I was very pleased with the way they came in and made sure of the best route to take in order to get our washer and dryer in our house without creating any damages to our home or new unit. Love my new washing machine, Extremely quiet and good

The team took the appliances upstairs without a scratch. The machines were installed perfectly.

The installers were fast and friendly, took the time to clean around the area first after removing the old units. Tested them to make sure everything was working properly and left a card with a number just in case we had any issues.

The first time my washer came. I don't know if there was a defect or if it wasn't installed correctly. So I called to get a replacement, they were very quick with the replacement, the next guy's put it in and everything has worked perfectly

I was very happy with the delivery service I received upon receipt of my washer and dryer. Although the window of when they would arrive was 6-hours and hard to plan anything until they arrived, I did appreciate the level of expertise and professional I received upon their arrival. They did not make me feel like they were in a hurry to get in and out and took there time removing the old machines and installing the new ones. They made sure I had the machines exactly where I wanted them and even gave me time to clean the floor underneath the old ones before brining in the new ones. I would not hesitate to use the delivery and installation services from Best Buy based on this experience.

I had an old whirlpool that I loved but afraid it might fail so I purchased this GE washer and dryer combo. I'm adjusting to my new washer, but make sure when it's installed they balance/level it. Difficult after it's in place. My old washer had self-leveling legs. The new ones don't? Not quiet but, cleans well. Replaced first washer delivered, due to a dent on the side at the bottom upon delivery. The replacement occurred in less than a week.
