Just install it yourself

Not sure why the hot and cold valves couldn't just be turned off. Also appointment details did not state that water needed to be turned off, if I had known that I would have taken care of it before heading to work. The person home for delivery eventually found water shut off and washer was installed, however the employee dinged it up (not a huge deal, but worth pointing out) and did not level the washer. Would not use their installation service again in the future.
