They had the hoses connected wrong

Plus, the wash machine does not seem to be balanced properly. The installers seemed very rushed or over whelmed. I asked the driver how many stops he had that day and he told me 15. A bit excessive Best Buy.

Love my new pedestals . No more bending over.

They don’t tell you before you have these pedestals installed that it may cause your drum to be inbalanced and cause rocking in the machine. Otherwise service was good second time around. Had to call service men back since they did not place pads under the pedestals nor did they place the white plastic pieces on the corners to hide the gap between the appliance and pedestal

Finally some great installers!

The two installers sent to the home were perfect, prompt, professional and did a great job. Their efforts completely changed the bad opinion I had started to form and really turned things around. Those men deserve a raise, truly.
