Same as with the dryer, the installation went well I guess and the team was on time and very nice - however, they did cause some damage to my wall and the products in the process of installation which was unfortunate.

When I bought my new washer from Best Buy I also bought the washing machine installation service which I am so glad I did. They arrived on time and set up my new washer quickly and in perfect working order and removed my old washer without any problems. Great Job!

The delivery and installation people were very nice and skilled, but they left a lot of mess.

Guys came out and installed our washer and steam lines on top of a pedestal washer. Sounds like a lot when I type it out! So we have the main washer on top of a pedestal washer and then also have the matching dryer that also requires water plumbing lines to supply steam to the dryer, so there’s a lot going on back there and they got it all tied in and running and haven’t had any leaks or problems at all.

The delivery team installed the washing machine quickly and did a fine job. I paid to have them take away the old machine as it was failing and that was worth the cost instead of me having to do it.

I first have to say is,” WOW”. Excellent service! The guys were very professional, polite and went out of their way to make sure I was happy!!! After the guys left and cleaned up the washer started to leak. I called them they came back within 30min. They called it in and Best Buy had placed the order and I asked for the same guy’s back! They came back the following week professional and right on time! Took care of everything again and all has been Great!!!

I actually had two installs, as the 1st dryer was a floor model with missing parts. Both 2-man teams arrived on time and worked efficiently, but not so quickly they forgot to do something. Recommended.

They did pretty good. Came it and installed it quickly. It’s a little shaky now but I may need to make adjustments. However when they left everything worked perfectly. Awesome guys.

My old washing machine broke and repairs were going to cost as much as buying a new washing machine. As a member of Best Buy tech, the installation and taking away the old washing machine was included in the purchase price. The installers were professional and did the job quickly and correctly. They removed the old washer and installed the new washer and made sure it worked. They were polite, courteous and professional.
