The two gentlemen that came to install my washer and dryer were great! They were extremely cautious as to not damage any doorways or walls and they worked quickly and proficiently. Very kind and polite, I could not have asked for a better experience.

The company (a father and son) that actually did the installation were fantastic, did a great job and very considerate. Note that a week earlier the installers who came out were, extremely rude, an hour late, were not happy that I had stairs (which they knew about), complained about my hallway and then refused to install my stackable washing machine because it required him to install compatible dryer I currently own on top, which was part of what I paid for. He further told me I need to follow the rules and he called the office and left without saying another word to me.

We received our washer and dryer in a timely manner and the Geek Squad Techs were awesome with providing all the information needed for our products! I was very pleased with the way they came in and made sure of the best route to take in order to get our washer and dryer in our house without creating any damages to our home or new unit. We definitely will be purchasing more products from Best Buy in the future!

The Geek Squad did a great job with the installation. Fast, efficient and they cleaned up after themselves before they left. They also did an operation demonstration and answered my questions.

Our new washer was installed in record time. After installation and before leaving all things checked out to be working.

I had part 1 of my washer drier install over the weekend on a Saturday. My appointment was from 12-4 and they got here at 3:45 pm. I think they could give you a better window say 2 hours.. They installed and removed my old and new washing machine. They did have trouble getting into my drive way but i expect that to be lack of experience in how to drive a panel van.. Although my drive way is only a one lane with a 150 yr old oak close to edge.. still they dragged the washer through the snow and muck.. They were in and out fast less then 30 minutes. I had some floor clean up to handle after but it is winter.. there would have been no mess if they got in the driveway but I'm not complaining about it, its winter.. just saying what it is. I have the next install of my gas drier which has to be a pro install due to gas line. So i will see.

Installation was quick and easy. No mess was made and the washer works perfectly. Wish I had bought an old-style cylindrical washer though, all of my t-shirts need replacing after this new washer!

The team that delivered and installed the washer/dryer combo were friendly, efficient, and respectful of property. They hauled away the old set and gave me a chance to clean the area before setting up the new set. They clearly were experienced at setting up the washer, dryer, and pedestal washer. They cleaned up all the packaging trash from the new set.

Delivery and install was great. Pre callby human the day before and delivery called when the were 10 minutes away.

Best Buy did a great job hooking up my new washer. It is easy to use and works great. The best thing is how quiet it is.

Washer was installed correctly and the installer also showed how it works.

The crew actually arrived a little earlier than the target appointment, which was just fine. They very quickly removed the old appliances, allowed my housekeeper to clean up the area under and behind the machines, and got the new equipment up and running without damaging anything or complaining. I couldn't have asked for a smootherer installation experience.
