They were in and out very quickly. With that said, they were very friendly and made sure to take care of your new product. They made sure everything worked properly and you didn't have any questions before they left. Would definitely use this service again if I needed another installation.

good service on time, respectable, clean, efficient done right

Installers were good, installed machine quickly and professionally... however... 1. They incorrectly switched hot/cold lines on machine. Easily fixed by me, however, it took my wife and kids a couple of loads with incorrect water temperatures to figure out the problem. 2. The sales person said the installation crew could use our existing hot/cold feed lines if they were of good quality (they were nearly new, and of high quality with braided stainless outer sheath), and that we would be able to return the ones that came with the machine for a refund. Installation crew, however, refused to consider using our existing feed lines, stating that they ALWAYS replace with new feed lines for warranty purposes.

The two gentlemen who came to install the dryer and the washing machine were excellent; they were professional, kind and knew exactly what they were doing. They explained things clearly when asked and performed the installation much quickly than I thought it was going to take.

I had my new washer professionally installed by two guys at Best Buy, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The installers arrived on time, were courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing. They handled everything with care, made sure the washer was level and secure, and even walked me through the basics before leaving. They also took the time to double-check connections and cleaned up afterward, which I really appreciated. It was quick, smooth, and stress-free—definitely worth it for the peace of mind. Great service all around!
