Best buy installation team are the most knowledgeable and professional I've had the pleasure to have appliances installed. I received a call days prior to the appointment to verify that I had lg washer stand and if I needed new water supply lines. Didn't give it much thought before then and grateful for their recommendations. Had enough time to get a new pedistal and they brought new braided steel water lines which are more durable that the older rubber ones. Installation was quick, easy, and painless. After the installation the lead technician demonstrated the operation of the washer and pointed out the manual and website for any questions. Great experience.

The installation team was very efficient. They came on time and finished the job without any negative experience. they were very knowledgeable and provided guidance on all queries we had. they took care of the old hauling with ease.

As I stated in my review of the Maytag washing machine itself, the delivery tech said he could not check if it was level front to back, only side to side, because the top deck of the washer is slanted. Since using the washer, we are surprised how much it wobbles and how loud it is, and suspect that it is not level. I would like to have someone check it.

I had an old whirlpool that I loved but afraid it might fail so I purchased this GE washer and dryer combo. I'm adjusting to my new washer, but make sure when it's installed they balance/level it. Difficult after it's in place. My old washer had self-leveling legs. The new ones don't? Not quiet but, cleans well. Replaced first washer delivered, due to a dent on the side at the bottom upon delivery. The replacement occurred in less than a week.

Installation was quick, about 15 minutes. Seems to be done very professionally. All hoses were connected properly, washer was checked to be level and quick test run to see it's working properly.

The delivery guys were amazing! They made sure my machines were leveled and removed my old washer and dryer with ease. They communicated everything they were doing and what I should expect.

The installers were on time and only here for about 20 min tops. Even took the time to show me some basic functions of the washing machine (thought they were just going to hand me the manual and let me figure it out on my own). Great service!

Purchased to replace a set we had for several years and a few moves. Hated to see them go but after a few visits to replace worn out parts, felt it was a better investment to buy new. Bestbuy showed up on time. Installed our new machine. Removed the one this replaced. Had us up and running in record time. I was very happy with the delivery service I received upon receipt of my washer and dryer. Although the window of when they would arrive was 6-hours and hard to plan anything until they arrived, I did appreciate the level of expertise and professional I received upon their arrival. They did not make me feel like they were in a hurry to get in and out and took there time removing the old machines and installing the new ones. They made sure I had the machines exactly where I wanted them and even gave me time to clean the floor underneath the old ones before brining in the new ones. I would not hesitate to use the delivery and installation services from Best Buy based on this experience.

The installers were fast and friendly, took the time to clean around the area first after removing the old units. Tested them to make sure everything was working properly and left a card with a number just in case we had any issues.
