Too rushed

They turned the washer on to clean it out but didn't stay long enough to realize he forgot to turn the water on. Left me with an error code and figuring out how to clear it and get it working.

Not sure he wanted to deliver and install

He tried to convince me to return the product and not have it installed. I had him modify my original set up wish, and I'll just buy an extender.

Installation service is great!

The guys were very professional and efficient and when i realized that the hoses were hooked up backwards (cold tube to the hot water vice versa) which was easy to do because my water knobs are both blue but i called the guys who delivered my washer and they were back out there to fix it within 15 min!
