Luckily there was no damage to it and it fell on the lawn. I understand it was an accident, but it could've been prevented.

Not sure he wanted to deliver and install

He tried to convince me to return the product and not have it installed. I had him modify my original set up wish, and I'll just buy an extender.

Installation went smoothly

I was told they would call 30 minutes before arrival which they did not do, but I had planned on being home during the 4 hour window, so it was fine. They were professional, polite and neat. Made sure the unit worked. Asked if I had any questions. Very pleased with their service.
