But Best Buy instalkers were not able to install our dryer and its venting. They tried 3 tines. After the 3rd try the dryer was so far out in our laundry room the door would not open or close. The instalkers cut the venting down to size, dented it and still could not install. They left. We had to throw away the damaged venting and install the dryer ourselves.

Double Triple Delivery

I purchased front loader W/D but they didn't have the pedestal at the time so I had two deliveries about a month apart (3 total). Somehow it was not conveyed that I already had the units when they brought the pedestals. It took 30 min of calls to get agreement to install the peds and not just leave them in the floor. Now the washer rattles very loudly but I think that is the unit defect. The drivers were nice and careful not to bang anything when bringing in the units.
