FINALLY....LOVE THIS PRODUCT

MY ADVISE ... DO NOTHING UNTIL EVERYTHING IS THERE TO ACTUALLY DO THE JOB CORRECTLY.... It would have been NICE if Best buy was AWARE of this FACT.

Exceeded Expectations

The delivery crew arrived on a winter's day in bad weather. They brought the units up in the elevator and uncrated them and stacked the units in the outside hallway. Once assembled they lifted the old stacked assembly and moved it into the hallway. Then, lifted the new and much heavier units into the nook and connected them up. Upon leaving they completely cleaned up the hallway.
