Service was excellent. They not only properly installed my washing machine, but they also cleaned up so there was no mess. I was so pleased I ordered another appliance, needing installation, through Best Buy.

Purchased new washing machine and opted for delivery and installation. The gentlemen were courteous and friendly. They had the new washing machine and dryer unloaded, unboxed, and installed within 1.5 hours. Definitely recommend this service!

I was very satisfied with my washing machine installation. I did not have an old machine for them to remove, but they were in and out very quickly while still doing a test cycle to ensure the machine functioned properly.

When the installation finally happened, it was fine. The crew was quick and respectful. However, before and after was a nightmare. I purchased the display model because it could be delivered quickly. The night before delivery, I received a phone call saying my item was 'no longer available' and I had to go pick something else with no explanation. go to the store and they are confused, and advise me to wait 'just in case' it gets delivered. It doesn't. Meanwhile, my money is not being refunded! The next day, I get an email that it IS available and to schedule delivery. Again. When the machine is delivered, it is missing the paperwork (though as a floor model I had confirmed first it was available). Turns out you cannot CALL the store... it goes to a central operator who can't help me. I tried multiple times to get the paperwork and no one called me back. I missed a whole day of work because of best buys problems with scheduling and again, got no offer to help financially. Such a disappointing experience except for the actual installation crew.

Service was fast and they were 15min early. 2 men brought it in and hooked it up without any issues. No damage done to the home.

Installation was a breeze for these guys. They took care of our house by being extra cautious going upstairs to install the washer. Removed old washer and install all new hardware in less then an hour for both washer, dryer and stands. Thanks.

Did a great job. Also had them remove an old washer. Upstairs so very heavy. Took off pedestal and left for us.

The installment of my machine was quick and easy. The guy made sure it was working properly.

The gentlemen that came to install the washer were very courteous, worked well together, allowed time for us to clean behind the washer they removed before installing the new one. Aric made sure the new washer was all hooked up correctly, showed us how to use the machine, waited until he could see it drained as it should without any issues, was very pleasant and answered all of our questions. We had a little issue with our water hookups and he made suggestions on what to do to correct it. If I purchase from Best Buy again and can request a person to deliver, it would be Aric. Well done!!

Very efficient and on time, a big plus. Overall I would say it was the best installation of any new appliance I have experienced.

The installation was much quicker than I expected and the tech made sure to do a test to make sure the machine was in working order before he left me home. I felt confident that everything was in great shape and that I was in good hands.

The installation, once the washer was delivered, was quick and professionally done. The installer demonstrated how to use the washer, and verified that the hoses for hot and cold water wrre correctly connected. The delivery was a day late, causing me to arrange for two days waiting for the delivery.

The installers did a stellar job! They were fast and very friendly! They had it hooked up and the old one gone with in 30 minutes. Well worth the money to have it installed
