We received free installation with our TotalTech Membership and were very pleased with the professionalism displayed by the installers. They are top-notch, worked efficiently and made it look effortless! The MKE team that services the Kenosha store should be very proud of their installation team. They unboxed, hauled the old machine out, brought the new one up a flight of stairs to get into the house and took it down a flight of stairs to install it and hooked it up all within about 20 minutes. They were by far some of the best installers I have worked with.

The crew actually arrived a little earlier than the target appointment, which was just fine. They very quickly removed the old appliances, allowed my housekeeper to clean up the area under and behind the machines, and got the new equipment up and running without damaging anything or complaining. I couldn't have asked for a smootherer installation experience.

We received our washer and dryer in a timely manner and the Geek Squad Techs were awesome with providing all the information needed for our products! I was very pleased with the way they came in and made sure of the best route to take in order to get our washer and dryer in our house without creating any damages to our home or new unit. We definitely will be purchasing more products from Best Buy in the future!

I paid to have my washer and dryer installed and the drivers did an excellent job. They were in and out in no time. They were so quick with the install that I had to double check to make sure everything was working. A++

I originally schedule for the after noon time slot but was contacted the day before asking if I could accept delivery earlier. I scheduled a later delivery for a reason but found no qualms in helping the delivery guys get my area knocked out earlier if he promised to get me at least an hour lead time on day of delivery. All the logistics worked out the day before was carried out perfectly by all but me! I'd promised to meet the delivery guys at a certain time and was called when I was fifteen minutes late. I'd completely forgotten. Despite me leaving the delivery crew waiting in my driveway for 1/2 an hour they were extremely cheerful. Installation was quick, they were extremely careful with the machine as well as my house, furniture, etc. and spent as much time necessary answering questions, testing, and teaching how to use the machine. They were so good I tipped them a dollar a minute and was only out $20!

The installation of my new LG washing machine went so smoothly. The Geek Squad that brought it out got it set up quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend Best Buy for the appliances they have available and the installation service they provide.

Can't say enough good things about our washer and dryer install. The two man crew showed up well within our promised time, which is always a plus. We had the units installed into a new home. They were very respectful of our space taking extra care to not scuff any doors, walls, etc. They took time to explain necessary things and test ran both systems for functionality.

The installer that came to our home to install our washer and dryer was excellent, very professional and courteous. He was prompt, respectful, and pleasantly answered my wife’s questions and concerns. He and his assistant were by far the most pleasant local team members we have encountered throughout this difficult purchase process. He did his best to help our situation to the best of his ability. I’m very appreciative at a time he took to try and resolve the issues, however, the rest of this purchase experience has been terrible. I will be following up on the problems that we encountered through local management regarding the disrespectful way we were treated by other employees. I’m sure I will be returning the purchase based mainly on that factor as well as others.

the men that installed my washer were very knowledgeable about the machine and installed it in a little amount of time, they did a great job and should get a raise for the work that they do.

The installation was much quicker than I expected and the tech made sure to do a test to make sure the machine was in working order before he left me home. I felt confident that everything was in great shape and that I was in good hands.

Excellent Front Load Washer, Fingerprint Resistant Black Stainless Steel is beautiful, So far washer working above expectation Digital control amazing. The installation performed by a contractor hired by Best Buy was outstanding, he expended a good time removing the old connections and cleaning the space, old connections properly removed and discharge. With the new connections while connecting he explained what he was doing for future maintenance if is needed We also with the washer installed a brand new dryer machine also Fingerprint Resistant Black Stainless Steel that complement the quality of the equipment in our Laundry Room.

Installers were friendly, helpful, and handled my new washer and its install with care. They were in and out in 15 minutes, very professional and experienced! Thanks for great service!
