Double Triple Delivery

I purchased front loader W/D but they didn't have the pedestal at the time so I had two deliveries about a month apart (3 total). Somehow it was not conveyed that I already had the units when they brought the pedestals. It took 30 min of calls to get agreement to install the peds and not just leave them in the floor. Now the washer rattles very loudly but I think that is the unit defect. The drivers were nice and careful not to bang anything when bringing in the units.

Replacement product

The new one has already performed better than original. The crew that istalled the new one found issues from the original installation that should have been corrected but were not until the replacement was installed.
