Though it took a week and a 1/2 for me to get it installed, when the Geek Squad got here they were fast courteous and helpful. This set it up right away for me so I could stay washing.

John and his partner were fabulous! Right on time, professional and super helpful. Removed and installed both washer and dryer quickly and perfectly. Thanks so much. John is the best.

As I stated in my review of the Maytag washing machine itself, the delivery tech said he could not check if it was level front to back, only side to side, because the top deck of the washer is slanted. Since using the washer, we are surprised how much it wobbles and how loud it is, and suspect that it is not level. I would like to have someone check it.

Purchased to replace a set we had for several years and a few moves. Hated to see them go but after a few visits to replace worn out parts, felt it was a better investment to buy new. Bestbuy showed up on time. Installed our new machine. Removed the one this replaced. Had us up and running in record time. Yes, I probably could have done it by myself but why when professional can save you time. Thanks

The crew was prompt and effective even though the machine was broken and had to be replaced. Not only NOT the crew's fault but they came right back to check it out and confirmed it was defective.

Comes with all the parts and the directions never have to worry about hooking it up myself the workers did it for me they leveled it out perfectly still have no problems with the leveling

The two gentlemen that came to install my washer and dryer were great! They were extremely cautious as to not damage any doorways or walls and they worked quickly and proficiently. Very kind and polite, I could not have asked for a better experience.

Installation was quick and easy. No mess was made and the washer works perfectly. Wish I had bought an old-style cylindrical washer though, all of my t-shirts need replacing after this new washer!

The two service men that came in and did the installation did a very good job. They came in quickly installed it quickly and were out quickly. They also did a test run on both the washer and dryer to make sure that they were running correctly before they left.

The service was fast and clean. No problems in timing when arrived. Went straight to work and got the job done in a matter of minutes.

I had part 1 of my washer drier install over the weekend on a Saturday. My appointment was from 12-4 and they got here at 3:45 pm. I think they could give you a better window say 2 hours.. They installed and removed my old and new washing machine. They did have trouble getting into my drive way but i expect that to be lack of experience in how to drive a panel van.. Although my drive way is only a one lane with a 150 yr old oak close to edge.. still they dragged the washer through the snow and muck.. They were in and out fast less then 30 minutes. I had some floor clean up to handle after but it is winter.. there would have been no mess if they got in the driveway but I'm not complaining about it, its winter.. just saying what it is. I have the next install of my gas drier which has to be a pro install due to gas line. So i will see.

Best buy installation team are the most knowledgeable and professional I've had the pleasure to have appliances installed. I received a call days prior to the appointment to verify that I had lg washer stand and if I needed new water supply lines. Didn't give it much thought before then and grateful for their recommendations. Had enough time to get a new pedistal and they brought new braided steel water lines which are more durable that the older rubber ones. Installation was quick, easy, and painless. After the installation the lead technician demonstrated the operation of the washer and pointed out the manual and website for any questions. Great experience.
