Although I did not have them do the installation (required new hoses, my old ones were fine) they agreed to level the washer. I did not purchase an under-washer drawer stand/riser until later. They leveled it just fine (easy to do). But I found out when I installed the riser stand 2 weeks later that they had not tightened the lock nuts on the washer legs. With all the vibration from spinning loads, the washer legs would have moved and the washer would have gone out of level on its own. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, they probably just forgot to lock the legs.

The Installers did an excellent job installing and testing the washer. My only complaint is the washer was dented when delivered, they said it was put on the truck that way. But they contacted Best Buy to make it acceptable.

Can not say enuf about the delivery team. I have been in customer service as a sales consultant for 27 yrs and this is the single best personal Experience I have ever had with any company and it’s not close. Thank you. I couldn’t be home for the delivery of the washer and dryer so had to dump that on my wife, who is a stay at home mom and we have 9 kids. These guys took care of everything. Way past their job description. Thank u Best Buy. U just won a customer for life and that delivery team deserves a raise I promise u

I got new washer for my home a few ago and purchased the installation process as part of it. Even though I know how to do many home repairs, I decided to have the installation added to my purchase. That was a good idea, the area were I have the new unit installed was too far from the original but they had with them the required plumbing connectors and left my home with the washer working. I would had struggle to figure out what I needed to buy, spend time looking for it. It took them about ten minutes to properly connect the washer. By the way, price for the installation is very reasonable.

Did not use the U bracket to put the water outlet hose into the stand pipe. Directly put the output hose into the stand pipe and tightened it with a plastic strap. Per the LG washer installation instructions, the outlet hose is supposed to drape over over the U bracket and then go into the stand pipe. Neither did they leave the U bracket with me. I had to call Best Buy multiple times to get a U Bracket shipped to me. Other than that, they did a nice and quick installation.

Our installers were awesome. They texted when they were nearby, removed our old machine with ease and gave me a couple of mins to swiffer the floor before they put the new one in. Tied up all the hoses neatly and did a test run & to show us how it worked. Very happy thank you.

Installer was great. On Time and quickly installed the machine, including showing me how to use it.
