We were planning on installing the washer ourselves, but the delivery men were so wonderful and nice they hooked it up for us. Took only a couple minutes. This was the best delivery experience we have ever had. Very quick and efficient.

When the installation finally happened, it was fine. The crew was quick and respectful. However, before and after was a nightmare. I purchased the display model because it could be delivered quickly. The night before delivery, I received a phone call saying my item was 'no longer available' and I had to go pick something else with no explanation. go to the store and they are confused, and advise me to wait 'just in case' it gets delivered. It doesn't. Meanwhile, my money is not being refunded! The next day, I get an email that it IS available and to schedule delivery. Again. When the machine is delivered, it is missing the paperwork (though as a floor model I had confirmed first it was available). Turns out you cannot CALL the store... it goes to a central operator who can't help me. I tried multiple times to get the paperwork and no one called me back. I missed a whole day of work because of best buys problems with scheduling and again, got no offer to help financially. Such a disappointing experience except for the actual installation crew.

I love the look and make. I've always stood by GE Appliances for years, raising my family. I have to admit this washer was a bad choice fo me. I have always do my own dry cleaning garments, with a few exceptions. The settings on this washer just ruins the process. I have tried so many setting. I pride myself in trying new technology. This one doesn't work for me. I have never had to iron my dress clothes before. This is exactly what I am doing today. Not at all happy with my washer. I have waited to long to return it.

The individuals whi delivered and installed it did an excellent job.

I am so happy with my purchase. The installation was great as well. The 2 young men did a great job installing!

The gentlemen that came to install the washer were very courteous, worked well together, allowed time for us to clean behind the washer they removed before installing the new one. Aric made sure the new washer was all hooked up correctly, showed us how to use the machine, waited until he could see it drained as it should without any issues, was very pleasant and answered all of our questions. We had a little issue with our water hookups and he made suggestions on what to do to correct it. If I purchase from Best Buy again and can request a person to deliver, it would be Aric. Well done!!

This washer was installed because it was a replacement from a frontload washer we had bought before and the bearing failed. Under the 2 t Year warranty Bestbuy came out and looked at the washer and after looking at it came back in two days with this washer to install it. Seems to be a good washer.

The install went great no issues,no mess, and they took the shipping materials when they left.

They were quick and efficient on the install. Also both men were kind and respectful.

Installation looked pretty good. It would have been nice to have been told thank you for moving the existing washer and dryer out into the garage for them to make installation quicker. I had to level washer up a little better after they left. They removed packaging at our garage with the door up which made since. However they didn't contain all of the packaging material so my garage was full of pieces of plastic and pieces of Styrofoam so I had to clean up my driveway and garage after they left.

Friendly and took very little time to do it. Even made sure everything was working right before they left.

I was very satisfied with my washing machine installation. I did not have an old machine for them to remove, but they were in and out very quickly while still doing a test cycle to ensure the machine functioned properly.

Very professional, let me know there was leak on one of the faucets, I was am very pleased.

The techs were so quick and efficient to bring in the washer and dryer and the install was problem free. Couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience.

My washer was installed in 5 minutes with no issues and zip tied so lines are not hanging everywhere. I have had no issues and no leaks!
