Disappointed!

The problems was with the appointments to come back and change the vent connector to the dryer. I called 3 separate times and was given 3 different appointments that i had to take the day off for and each time there was a no-show. I went to the store we purchased the washer/dryer and was told that Best Buy sub-contracted install work during the holidays and they were not dependable. That was evident as i lost time from work due to no contact cancellations from the installers. This was very frustrating and disappointing since we have purchased appliances from Best Buy for our homes for years and have had no issues. I didnt even get a call to apologize for the inconvenience/trouble or loss of work. Best Buy should stand behind their sub-contractors good or bad. It would have been nice for someone to contact us and at a minimum apologize and say they were going to work on it so it didnt happen to someone else.

Installing Geniuses

Best Buy are the best installers around. They are Courteous and knowledgeable. My questions was welcomed and was gladly answered. I was also shown how to operate and tips on using the product. Cleanup was great. Not a piece of material was left behind. Thank you Best Buy for hiring such great staff.
